That's not accurate. The Mask, Cloak, Belt, Collar are not classic Rubicite drops so i'm sure they are not listed in his set. Rubicite is a collector set, as an armor set it's just attractive and not great armor. In general it is at the same or lower AC than the SolRo quests that were released to replace it and except for the BP no piece has any stat(s) or effects.
BP is +3 regen.
