Funny thing bout those 1% drop rates. Many a brave soul died camping tstaffs and manastones on vztz with 1% Searxy'd rates.
This was removed from the blue DB, and red is apparently a copy of the "working" blue at that time.
I killed Trak several times on RZ and he was killed by my raid sect many more times. RZ never saw a Ton Po's.
Awaiting official ruling since evidence is posted to put this to bed.

Blue has one because one dropped on live. Hence why it was removed after the one dropped. I'm sure it'll be the same way for red.
