This can happen 1, 2, 3, 4... up to 6 times in a 10 minute span. Or it won't happen for 2 hours, then happens once, then done for an hour, before it does it three times, then done for... continuing on at just rolling a /random 100 every minute, and if it hits 100, WELL YOU WIN A BRAND NEW DISCONNECT
