They had 0 bard/necro/wizard epics for that matter. So them saying "we bored, we leavin, we already won" is telling because it wasn't true. However, different scenario, TMO isn't leaving, we don't need to save face (FE has yet to touch anything in VP), we actually have 99% of our players epic'd and a very very large amount of our mains with BiS gear including VP.
They also weren't talking about the raid differences of Velious compared to Kunark.

IB/TR had BIS before epics/VP were instituted, much like TMO now has BIS before Velious is ready.
