You need to go to the petition forum and post there with both of your account names that you wish the exemption to be applied to.
It should take a week or less to get processed. Make sure you tag the post with the correct prefix, and make the titel of the post "Ip exemption"
Also, the search function is your friend. If you had simply typed "ip exemption" into the search box above, you would have found many threads about this exact subject, with answers to the question you asked as well as detailed instructions on how to do so
