I think that mob should only double. Sirran was only charmable by bards for a brief period during a bug.
Should be a no brainer.
I do try to get shit put in that makes your lives easier like Hoshkar and CT shouldn't quad with weapons.
It's only "trolling" because things that make the game easier for you getting removed = less pixels = furious rage.

Oh, and item recharging is a bug. As far as my spotty memory? Uh huh, check those patch notes for mage swords.
