Waking the Sleeper is a built-in cockblock to put distance between the first guild to equip with primal weapons and resistance stones from those chasing them, on the raise to NToV. A built-in way to basically grief other guilds during Velious.
Waking the Sleeper in the PoP era is just asinine.
