You're talking about Wall guards in Misty. I'm talking about inside Rivervale itself, which has 13-15 killable guards. No one buffs the guards inside. Regarding faction, I have no clue.
And the above poster is probably correct, if you can lock down SK, farming cloaks is probably better cash. Rivervale is just for easy, stable cash flow imo. It's guaranteed.

you wont be able to access all of them too many reds around once you trash your faction will rape a 55+ pretty fast
