Place to Petition for Forum Rules?
Can someone tell me where might I be able to petition for new forum rules?
For example, I believe an auction should not be allowed if there is information that the seller is unwilling to provide in the auction. This is an obvious sign of malicious intent and such auctions should be prohibited.
