When I was between lvls 30 and 50 I would use the following criteria for Rez paying if anyone was curious on what got me rezzes swiftly:
Need one but willing to wait: 100-125p
Need one badly in next ~20 min: 200p
Need you to drop what you're doing and come rez my 1-3 corpses: 500p
Yes I paid ~500p for rezzes on three occasions, call me crazy but dieing in lvl 40, 45 made me cry.
