They literally sell raid loot for cash during raids(AKA Vaamp Mendan Renian and many others). When they get banked gear they sell it for plat which they sell to blue for blue plat and then sell that for the big cash. Why do you think they want all these blue people to come over because they know they'll pay money for loots.
