Hey I did the same thing, but with about 10k. Had just come back from a year of inactivity, liquidated all my gear, bought a full suit for a new char, tried to drop transfer it and crashed.

But ya know what? I didn't even *think* to petition about it because I know it was my own dumbass fault and there ain't shit in the rules to protect you against this. Instead I promptly sold the naked main for 35k and spent the next 3 weeks in EC turning into 85k.

In the 2 month you spent sending "numerous tickets" why couldn't you be responsible for your own actions (ya, its YOU that fucked up) and be proactive?

You still have your noody char, you can also just smartly farm an easy lucrative camp, get some basic gear, start farming up, and hit the higher level cashcows. Ya it takes time, but you made a mistake. After all doesn't EQ make all of us pay for our mistakes with time?

Actually, you're probably going to have your noody main banned after what you've done. And on second thought, don't come back. Also don't drink and drive, you'll lose your legs.

this just happened to me but probably way less. I try to dump transfer my best gear and lost it due to crash. Back to square one basically, I didn't think to petition it either. Should I even have?
