On resists, you will get 440 every time when you catch people not wearing pvp gear without resist buffs (like last night in PoH). With resist gear and buffs however, the damage will vary and you will actually more reliably resist spells than even on live. It balances it out and actually makes the magic damage part of pvp feel somewhat like classic with the exception of no complete resists. They should add a 1% chance to completely resist, that scales of to 5% at 200 in any save, but I won't be wasting my breath any more on these matters.
Still unimpressed by movement impairing spells. Roots snares stuns etc still landing reliably at 120+ MR...
