I mean, TMO makes alt accounts and buys alt accounts so that they can use MQ/SEQ hacks on p99 without worrying about their precious pixelz being banned. Buys alt accounts + guild recharging + other items like BCGs etc + raid mats

They must sell the platinum and then buy the platinum to buy the other stuff... its' the only logical answer!
