Pretty sure Minyin 1.0 never RMT'd or whatever, he sold his account for straight platinum peices. The retard who bought that account however...I can't say the same for, but who knows..I dont since I rarely follow the ins and outs of RNF. One thing I can say though is that TMO is the main source of RMT'ing on p99 (If you disagree then you are just plain stupid.) The only people who may come close are the ones you see hunting seafuries 20+ hours a day, 360+ days a year, with shitty ass gear still.
