You dont have to code anything beside reds being able to group with blues. The only thing that blues would have to decide is do we want the trouble of having a red in group? Granted no would be the answer alot of times

Because that's what a blue group needs holding a camp in some dungeon... the group's tank, healer, or crowd controller getting PK'd at any moment.
Especially when the named with the phat lewt spawns.
And your red cleric can't heal the tank because a red necro just dotted and sic'd his pet on him. And your entire group wipes because of it, and you can't do a single thing about it because you are blue.
OMG that would be so thrilling and fun.
