To be fair that info is very dated, near the time or a little after when TMO/BDA were still relative non-factors on the server.
It has absolutely no significance to any current guild rosters on the server, specifically one which has expanded to the extremes like TMO for example.

actually TMO was getting 1/2 the spawns at the time.
BDA has never been a factor. so you are correct there.
