LOIO Sarnak Run Speed
While not encumbered, with Jboots buff, I was unable to outrun a Sarnak Dragoon and Sarnak Recruit. Even while strafe running they kept up with me. I ran from the fort all the way to Cabilis with them hitting me the whole time. Is this working as intended?
