I am pretty sure this picture is inaccurate. This is due to the fact that since Stalin and JFK is more exact than "the strippers" thus the comma should not be there. The proper grammar for depicting two strippers named JFK and Stalin would be 'we invited the strippers JFK and Stalin.'
To avoid all ambiguity, the sentence should be written "we invited JFK and Stalin, the strippers." But then you would have JFK and Stalin stripping at your party, which may be undesirable.
