easy fixes to make this server 100x better.

- no hybrid xp penalty
- No xp loss on pvp death
Damn just make it happen... When fanbase/customers shout to a company/people "Hey do these things to improve your product" said company/people should listen to the people that use their product day in & day out - Common Sense!!!!
