Still waiting for this to be fixed.
I recall raiding with my guild on Druzzil Ro, <House of the Crimson Rose>, back in the day and being unable to charm him with Dictate. However, we had this awesome Bard named Songbird who would charm him and carry him all over PoSky with us. I can recall with certainty, furthermore, that he would DT, seeing as we were ALWAYS having to hand out resurrections to poor Songbird.
