Rohand's Brandy quest reward
Captain Rohand in the Mermaid's Lure, South Qeynos.
You hand him one brandy.
Supposedly this quest is supposed to give experience and a positive hit to various factions, however, if I recall correctly, it currently gives no experience and +QeynosCitizens.
I can't seem to find any information supporting that this quest has ever functioned in this way.
