A lot of Velious weapons were upgraded... but not sure if you guys are/want to go through the trouble of changing them per timeline, many were changed fairly quickly after ToV got conquered.
*I'm mentioning upgraded in addition to nerfed because you listed Burning Rapier, which had its stats upped.
