This is also wrong. If you 'let it out' you have a short term relief that feels good, but longer term your brain starts to associate the expression of anger as a reward mechanism and encourages the aggressive anger release behavior. So bottling it up is better for you in the long term, unless you don't give a shit about being an aggressive prick that nobody wants to associate with, in which case let it out all you want.
