I've taken a huge dump and then immediately gone running right after, only to get sudden and explosive diarrhea 3 miles in-- to the point where I crawled into some bushes, shit everywhere, and wiped my ass with my socks.

nice. yea i use to run like 4 miles and i had the same situation as you. luckily i was near a restroom. lol.
i switched to walking up hills and biking. still get tired, less stress on my knees.
