Wiki says:
Invoke Shadow, lvl 34, ...Dual Wield (will dual wield without weapons)
Malignant Dead, lvl 39, ...Dual Wield <= wrong, still wont without weapons
Cackling Bones, lvl 44, ...Dual Wield <= this & all later pets do that indeed without weapons
From my observations the lvl 44 pet was the first of our pets indeed dual wielding without weapons.
