Only some off the negatives are active. It's the same with Chanter's illusion.
I know for a fact that I can still run around the birds in KFC in SK non KOS with iksar Illu.
On live they were always KOS in Evil Illusions. Only mob in SK that will attack me in Iksar Illu is the roaming Sentry.
