Mana robe is especially terrible for wizards and enchanters in groups when there's no mobs to drain.

No I just meant terrible.
Sitting and medding gives almost the same regen speed as using manarobe + you dont lose HP. They are probably alright for necros. Good for wizards soloing with an epic. All our wizards have pretty much gotten a robe.
