You say UK, as if scotland and wales are cheering for ENGLAND to win the world cup.
That'd be like the USA wanting canada to win the olympics.
Besides it's footballing tradition tha England fans go into every major international competition thinking we're one of the elite sides when we're never going to win anything.
I for one enjoy the disappointment our national team brings
