Snare questions:

1. ) god yes, it's far, far more mana efficient than a necro/sk darkness line.
2. ) nope.
3. ) Shaman get that Regeant Symbol of Innoruuk with the proper (Inno) diety if they do the quest. Enchanter bring the ability to fear targets and charm mobs that hit much harder than typical caster pets.
