quick question : is evade a trainable skill? I can't see any mention of it on the Rogue page of the wiki. What lvl do they get it at? Or do you simply mean to Hide?

You evade by hiding with attack off. Make a hotkey to do it.
/attack off
/doability # (whatever hide is)
/attack on
