If you really were to do something like this, you'd be better off I think making the following changes:
1) Everyone starts @ level 60
2) Everyone starts with basic gear and full spell book
3) Killing people restores you to full health and mana
4) Whoever wins each round gets a pretty sick wep which he can keep for next round until he is finally killed
5) scoreboards and shit
