It'll take a lot of bank space but if you keep all the runes/pages/etc banked in an A-Z order from bag 1-4 or whatever you can pull out what you need for combinations.
Less time consuming to delve through vendor stocks than go running around Norrath for rare bits and pieces that only drop in Permafrost or Kedge or something
