If required, i'm also willing to provide whatever porting time is needed to max your faction through gem turn ins (which will likely take at least a few hours if your faction is starting under kindly btw).
Obviously i'd be there to help out on the clear/kill, but would prefer the buyer provide the actual kill force. If that latter isn't possible i can probably work something out , although the price being paid would have to reflect that extra effort
