I remember having Velious armor textures on my elemental shaman armor. I know that contradicts what I posted here years ago but I was just re-reading and remembered that.

Fortunately, you can get the velious helm on your Shaman.

this afaik. Drops from Zlandicar and it's fairly rare.
I don't think the "standard" class Velious quest chain helmets have the custom textures, but I could be wrong. Honestly never really messed with most of that armor amongst all my Velious raiding. I may have had some random PoG drops, but they were pretty bad and I mostly used dropped gear.
