I've been having some issues with EC the last couple days too, on multiple characters and on different computers. First time it just wouldn't load the zone a few times and I switched computers and was fine. Then earlier today it happened on the other computer with a different character, eventually loaded EC after several minutes (compared to normal 30-second zoning)... and my log showed that I actually had loaded EC, zoned back into WC, and then zoned back into EC again.
Was weird.
