From my experience on P99 it certainly seemed like it! Its always such a disappointment to find out people you play with are cheating/exploiting.

Yeah in Lineage 2, people would constantly say my clan were botters. I'd put my fingers in my ears and go ah la la la. Then sometimes I'd hear things from people in my clan that made me >.> for a sec and then I'd put my fingers in my ears and go ah la la la.
