The mitigation and hit mechanics were changed in PoP... so its classic for PoP. Fact is a toon with equal gear on AK will do more dmg and take less then on P99... Look it up

I know its rare when someone says you are wrong, however in this case i believe you are.
For example, on EQmac rogues do not double backstab. When camparing apples to apples (60s to 60s) a p99 rogue will destroy a eqmac in damage done.
