If you're just going to remote access, why do you care what kind of processor or RAM the tablet has? The application still runs on the computer you're remoting to.
The Transformer Infiniti's screen looks just amazing, it's the one I have. I haven't run into any issues with RAM, though I don't run 30 apps at a time like some people. I mainly use it for remote to my home PC, reading PDFs/other docs, and browsing the web.

Remote access still seems very laggy on my galaxy S3, im running on att LTE which hits about 12mbps when i run speed test. I'd say its the devices hardware slowing me down at this point.
