Someone engaged early and by the look of BDA's chat, it wasn't them (get back spam)
then trak reset and there was the "Go" in chat and BDA members all run around the corner and get Trak aggro.
Trak never went for shroom room lol, he shot right for BDAs that just rounded the corner after an engage call.
While it's possible TMO could have gotten FTE and shroomed, someone from BDA either tagged right after or someone from BDA FTE'd and brought it over there after TMO's shroomed FTE'r FD'd.
3secs - Trak facing lair entrance at 100%
4secs - Trak is engaged by a monk, drops traks health 1%. BDA Get back spam appears in guild chat.
6secs - Trak faces direction monk engaged him on (faces towards shroom room), Trak sits and doesn't move facing towards shroom room.
14secs - Trak still facing same direction, not moving, health resets to 100%.
18secs - BDA chat shows "Go" a call to engage trak who still hasn't changed direction or moved.
19secs - you can see shinko move in and someone engages, trak moves about 10feet in the direction he is facing. Most likely moved to whoever engaged and then shroomed them.
20secs - trak changes direction and heads straight toward the rock on the left side of the lair when you enter (where bda forces just rounded the corner) and Shinko back pedals. Notice Trak never paused for aggro seek mode.
21-25secs - Trak goes to the left corner of the entrance (when entering) and starts killing BDA members.
26secs-end - Trak continues moving up that corner and toward poop mountain killing everyone.
40secs-end(Chat) - Tells a good bit of the story, Shinko says not to go in and hatelore starts defending why he went in (and possibly engaged as he's one of the first BDA to get damaged looking at laboomers group window)
Somewhere toward the end, Chest blames Jeremy, who is the possible monk. Sadly, I don't see how BDA pulling trakanon on themselves is his fault. They called to engage and either missed FTE'ing and trained themselves or got FTE and trained themselves.
Trak not going into seek mode and not going thru the wall to shroom room like he normally does, leads me to believe that BDA missed FTE and aggro'd trak and pulled him to that corner. That would be why they didn't finish engaging and called for people to back up.
There are enough people from IB and even VD that know trak nearly always goes thru the wall to shroom room, or goes out his lair on the path (rarely ever), but never once has he gone the direction shown in this video to get to shroom room.

I like how it took you a week to break down the vid and come up with all the reasons TMO wasn't in the wrong never mind the fact jeremy was trying to play FTE games with the dragon standing up and repeatedly flopping to mess aggro and try and claim trak hadn't reset so you can lawyer FTE again just like you did with the 1 FD monk situation when you didn't have an acceptable raid force to kill it after your wipe..My favorite part was when Jeremy tried to say wha ? me ? bro i was just playing with the dragon you can't do that? and the GM's promptly told him where to go with that BS. I would be fine with it if you guys were on-top and didn't bitch and complain every chance you didn't get a mob but for you guys to come here and pretend like your shit don't stink and its everyone else's problem is what really astounds me, and that people actually believe any of it is a bigger joke.
