I think I raged at every Ench app we received (cause other than Equiss all the apps were epic fail) and yet most ended up with the tag except the few. You're right Alawen, some classes had it easier than others based on need. Surprisingly even though Clerics got an easier ride, we pumped out prob some of the best clerics of p99 at the time. For every bad cleric, we'd have some real studs as i recall.
Also, everyone sounds the same in every one of those application post. Used to be big shit on live, know wtf i'm doing, here to raid top end progression blah blah blah. Most ends up being a severe disappointment. Don't call us elitist pricks when the app didn't know how to get to a zone or use /loc properly (not even talking about class mechanics or boss prep here). IB set out to get the best, yet everyone and their mom at one point tried to app there only to end up in various other guilds.

I think everyone tends to be most critical of their own class. My thing with the clerics was because they started off so bad. It's not really a hard class to play decently, and almost all of them improved quickly.
With class bias in mind, Prospect is an excellent druid. It's usually a pretty slow-paced class for raiding, but he was always ready to snare kite or charm or whatever random thing would help in tough situations. I don't say it lightly, but Prospect plays druid better than I do.
