yeah i'm finding myself strangely agreeing with dullah on that one -- kubark has been great for pop, even on euro time there's always something to do and people to do it with. And yeah, with a bit more staff involvement and implementation of some of the things that the staff can agree that the majority of us players think will be good for red -- that can only help things.

And I mean, let's not err on the side of caution! Let's try this stuff out and if it turns out ultimately not to help population we can always revise it.
