I almost think velious would help I dunno - not in the sense of bringing more players but so much content in Velious - Nihilum cant cock block everything even the velious TOV quest armor is significant etc. Kunark is easily cockblocked - and theres no chance of them doing shit atm.
Red dawn should be hopen for velious IMO but meh - Kunark is definitely the easiest controlled content on a pvp server next to maybe classic with only 2 raid mobs heh.
