I don't see the Magician spell merchant standing with the other spell merchants in The Overthere. NPC's name is Vizra L'Nizlon. Spawn loc should be around 279, 2390 in the circle of casters.

I also don't see the spell trade-in quest NPC. Name is Slicia J'Singe.
