Wasn't blaming the kid for his death, only for his actions leading up to that. There is certainly plenty of blame on both him and the police for the death. And I have never seen any drug, let alone LSD, that causes a responsible person to do stupid shit. Every time someone did something wholly idiotic while on drugs, it was a person who was a dipshit to begin with. If anything, we should encourage the use of drugs to help speed up the process of evolution.
And I'm glad you were there to witness exactly what happened, Hasbin. At least I assume so since you seem so sure you could have restrained him on your own.
