I agree that he got ripped off on the mallet and the amber, but a Larrikan's Mask for 7 gold and a Cap for 90 plat is a pretty good deal.

Also, to the people who said this reflects badly on The Mystical Order - from my experience that guild is full of very nice people, and no one is going to think badly about the entire guild because of the actions of one person. It looks like Jeremy was just having some fun and some people were a little quick to resort to threats and insults.
