TBH there is nothing more annoying than auctioning and have clueless people offer you retarded offers and than keep talking. EG:

X tells you, "Hey is that for a quest?"
You tell X, "Yes, EB Wazakashi sword/Ranger quest"
X tells you, "sec"
X tells you, "thats a nice sword does 100pp sound good?"

it traps you into not only having to explain why somethings worth more, but then you have to explain the entire servers economy to them. EG2:

"WTS Black Chitin Legs"
X tells you, "how much for legs"
You tell X, "1k"
X tells you, "LOL funny 10 hp 10 mana"
You tell X, "1k"
X tells you, "dude ur an idiot i wouldnt pay 200pp for them"

Now, EG3 is the OPs situation.

X tells you, "500pp?"
