Finished last half of level 35 on Overthere mobs, this guy was one of my staples. They will rarely aggro on you or your pet if they are passing by. I have hit them with spells and their nearby friends have not assisted them. They drop from a few silver up to around 3p and change. They tend to run at about 1/3 of their health. Just nuke, sic pet, back up and nuke as required. Usually take full or very close to full damage.
