Really. This is the way it always was on live too .. too few boogiemen, and tons of necroes before you have whined about it to Sony [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
It was the same way with pally drops. for each single pally armor that dropped, 2 or 3 SK's and Rogues got a full set of armor.

i take you havent raided the planes on P99 yet. we have had several clears with like 0 necro drops but already fully decked out clerics
