Really. This is the way it always was on live too .. too few boogiemen, and tons of necroes before you have whined about it to Sony

It was the same way with pally drops. for each single pally armor that dropped, 2 or 3 SK's and Rogues got a full set of armor.
This was how it was on live classic, and P99 emulates live classic, so live with it
